The GPOS Board of Directors meets quarterly to discuss the direction for the
society, the status of current
and future projects, and other issues affecting the membership. Meetings are
held according to Robert's
Rules of Order. Meetings are presided over by Lois Duffin, President. Meeting
minutes are recorded by
Dottie Faust, Recording Secretary. Financial Records are maintained and held by
Steve Landstreet, Treasurer.
